This is a simple epidemic simulation (By Python) used to illustrate the spread of epidemics such as CoronaVirus (COVID-19) through two factors:
The contagion ratio of the disease (R0).
The death rate of a disease.
The script can be configured simply by changing the constant values corresponding to each of the two factors above.
A pre-vaccination ratio can be used also to make a part of the population immune, before the the outbreak of the epidemic.
This is only a basic model for everyone to test, and the purpose of this application was to illustrate basic concepts of epidemiology.

How To Use it :
pip install -r requirements.txt
Modify constants such as PROBA_DEATH, CONTAGION_RATE and VACCINATION_RATE.
Run the simulation through: python epidemic.py
Press the Space bar to run or re-run the simulation
