Google play search new filters
You can find thousands of interesting titles in Google Play, but the search process itself is sometimes difficult – you have to look through hundreds of pages in different categories to find an application without knowing its name. Soon the situation will change for the better – information about the new version of the interface of the application store with new filters, which will become more «friendly» to the users of Android gadgets, has appeared in the network.
Filters first appeared in Google Play in 2017, but their number was limited, and the list sorted only by game or application genre was often too long. According to network sources that have published screenshots of the new beta version of the store, the company has already started testing the improved search system in the Android-software company catalog.
Among the new filtering tools it is expected to sample according to the rating (for example, only applications with at least 4 or 4.5 «stars» will be counted). In addition, users will be able to install as a selection criterion applications approved by Google Play editors, or combine all three filters. So far, the new search system is only available on some devices. The date of the global update of the application store has not yet been announced.
