The clock app will now show you a preview of the next day’s calendar, showing the hours you will sleep. To help you sleep, you can play relaxing sounds using apps like Spotify or Youtube Music. In addition, a new type of alarm is introduced, which will wake you up in a more relaxing, gradual way.

Bedtime reminder on Youtube

Youtube has recently introduced Bedtime reminder feature, which is a reminder that will come out at the time set by the user, to remind him that it is time to go to sleep. This way you can stop playing video and go to sleep then. Google allows you to configure this option in the app settings, as seen in the image.

Family Link is Google’s app designed for Managing and monitoring your child‘s screen time. Thanks to the app it is possible to set time limits for children to use their Android phones, being able to even activate a phone lock at night, so that they won’t use it without permission or when they should be sleeping.
