Snapchat application launched its track technology on the map in the last two years, The company wanted to place some appropriate features that can be modified based on your convenience in sharing your location with friends or second parties.
In the same time SnapChat put one of the options that allows you to block your location on the map in a way that is difficult to track you from Friends and second partys, and this mode is called ghost mode.
Here are the two steps to block and hide your location on the Snapchat map to make it difficult to track you
Step 1 – Steps to activate Ghost mode on Snapchat app
All what you need is to open the Snapchat application on your phone, then, open the map directly, click follow on the next button until you see some options, and you only need to activate ghost mode or on the next page
If you checked the map, you will find that it has been marked by a ghost in blue and white.
The second step – turn off the use of positioning.
Now you should work to make sure that you will not be tracked by the app, and that by canceling the use of positioning technology.
To do that, go to settings section of your phone, and look for the use of GPS that Snapchat uses.
These two steps will ensure that you remain hidden on the map and that your friends and second partys will not be able to get your location.
