Facebook has just launched a new app designed to make it easier for businesses to manage their pages and profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger in one place.
This is Facebook Business Suite, where you can view the company’s key updates and priorities, as well as allow for posting on Facebook and Instagram, view information and create ads.
Companies that have linked their Facebook and Instagram business accounts will be able to access from business.facebook.com. On mobile devices, page management app users will see an option to join Business Suite. The app will also be available as a separate download for iOS and Android.
In the new app, which will still be gradually implemented during this month, we will be able to see critical alerts, messages, comments and other activities taking place on Facebook and Instagram, all directly on the home screen of the new app. You can also configure saved custom responses here to respond to customers’ usual queries.
It will also be possible to schedule posts, something we already do in Creator Studio, but it is also possible to see the scope, participation and performance of posts on Facebook and Instagram.
They have first taken into account the needs of small businesses, many of which have on the web the partial solution of the crisis that the world is going through, but in the long run they will have a set of tools that all companies can use, including the largest.
Business Suite will also expand to include WhatsApp in the future.
The app joins Facebook Pages Manager, Facebook Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, but in this case Business Suite is not currently designed to serve those who use Ads Manager.
